If the hack you want to access demands prime membership, then you will have to wait for rank increase from MH as you're currently a confirmed member; But if it is a hack that you can access but cannot load, I suggest you try these:
* Open the XFProject before going the MH UI New Beta page and make sure you are logged in. After that click on the load and wait. Restart the process if it doesn't work and it should after very few tries.
* It may also be you don't follow the steps to hack the said game, so I suggest you watch the video attached to that game for assistance.
