I recommend formatting the machine and before doing so, clean it and change the thermal paste, if it doesn't work, see test the components separately

Turn ur pc off try changing thermal paste and restart it

best thing u can do is clean itput thermal paste then use ddu and reinstall ddrivers then u good to go
