I would have build a block containing many apartments, good decorated and a personal Gyme on the roof top only for your self other apartments for rent, and the rent goes on your necessities, how does this idea looks to you?
first i will share some of it to my relatives so they can buy what they want and need. second i will use it for myself then last is i will save it for my future kids
