I would get the police force a full background check, and make it one of the most elite forces. I would not allow them to hurt anyone for no reason, I have seen clips of police forces punching a detained person.
i dont know about president but america is dealing with most fat ppl in the world, most fuxked up society in the world, most fucked up dating system, simgle mom raising children lets be hones they arnt raising them, raising take a lot of effort, guidance, teaching, and being responsible, they are just creating more fucked up society for their own children, good luck living in America
