I'm getting camped...What should I do to win a game like this ?

Hello Everyone ! I'm mostly a toplane main, but sometimes I'm playing mid as well. I've got to GOLD IV this year again and I wish to get a little higher, but I keep losing games because of campers. I hate to lose lane to a tottaly stupid thing like this when I know I can defeat my lane in 1 v 1 but always get in 2 v 1. What should I do to not lose my mind because of this. I'm getting really mad and sad because of this, and I remember how depressed I got when I started playing ranked for the first time.
Please Help ME !!

Top lane is mainly about wave management.
Up to plat 2 you can literally just win by controlling your wave and making recall timers, keep an eye on the map if your jungler is near you then you can play aggressive or prepare a slow push to setup a dive and talk to your jungler.
If you have no vision on the enemy jungler then there is no need to try to go aggressive you can simply force a freeze if you're in a favorable matchup.
I highly recommend you searching youtube for educational videos about wave management.

2nd advice, Limit your champion pool pick 2 to 3 champions to master. They don't have to be flashy or 1 v 9 champions because if you are really good with a certain champion you can definitely carry easily especially in gold.

Always stay positive even when the game looks doomed, even in diamond people tend to throw or make mistakes that cost the game so always stay positive try to farm your way back to the game and group up with your team for important objectives only no need for the 5 men aram mid.

Try to look for a duo, mid or jgl if possible.

I've been having the same problems, it's been two years since I played that I wanted to, it taught me a lot more about the game than I might think, I advise you to play at JG, and seek to better understand the routes of attack and defense in addition to maintain constancy in ganks

Work on map awearness, and just dont get tilted 4head

But for real I was hard stuck gold and never climbing because of the kind of game you're describing. Im now hardstuck plat 4 beacuse I learned that if the enemy jgl is investing this much time on just me that my team should be able to have control all over the map. Even if you get camped for 3 deaths in a orw stay calm keep up your farm and help contest objectives as much as you can. Play the long team game and you should prevale.

Я тоже когда раньше играл без своих нормальных токсиков в прямом смысле слова и я впадал в дипрессию потом собрал своих друзей и начали играть ну теперь я на своих званиях и мы выишрываем почти каждую катку

when u get camped u have to be out of position which means you are vulnerable for ganks and u wave management are not good if u want to learn about that u can watch skillcapped videos on yt they are really healpfull
