They didn't add a new champion in WSReborn. The update is for the script, so it will still run. You might not know this, but they need to update some data to make it run on the current patch because if they don't, it will be outdated and no one will be able to use it. This update doesn't mean that they added new champions to the script, but they updated the data within the script because, with every patch, some of the data, like (damage) will be different because of the nerfs and buffs.
