My opinion!!, yes too obvious but u can make it less obvious by doing the following.
1) If u r using an active summoner spells like cleanse make it to be activated after 200-500ms don't make it to be instant activate.
2) If u r facing a champ with an AOE damage skill ex: Morgana don't activate the evading for her W skill.
3) Don't use all of the awareness features (disable any unneeded features).
4) Don't use the zoom-out feature.
And so on and so forth.
Just explore the hack see what you need the most and disable the other features.
