Now this one surprised me, cuz i do always defrag my drives once every 3-6 months. But as u tell me not to defrag nvme, can u explain why???well .. You don't need to buy / install a new SSD for your data storage. u can install / buy a new sata hdd it will be cheap and efficient. just bought a new hdd, and moved the old data on there. then only use ure nvme for install windows and other programs. p.s: make sure you create some space on your nvme, and NEVER try to defragment your nvme

There are two reason why u dont need to defragment ur ssd. first relates to the lack of performance benefits, which is, after all, the entire point of defragmentation. second reason has to do with the health of your SSD. It turns out that defragging an SSD can shorten its life
