Yes there are so many people that have found 1 champion and just stuck with them and climbed to high elo. despite that champion not being meta. the closest “non meta” champions that ive mained have a global wr of like 47 - 48% while I am maintaining an average wr of 60% but that’s low elo silver - gold. There are also people that have different play styles and the champion just fits their play style so perfectly that makes it better for them to climb.

Yes i climbed to diamond playing only skarner top 3 seasons ago so yeah you can climb playing anything if you are good enough.

I agree and disagree, you can even use something outside the META, but you won't be able to abuse this champion as much as if you were with a dummy that is inside the META of the game
