It's not possible to increase RAM with the GPU, however you can "virtually" increase the RAM by using memory from your hard disk but this is a very old option and it really doesn't do anything for you.

You can use some applications which use gpu resources instead of processor but you can't just replace ram with gpu.

How you guys believe these stuff! It's all fake, if you want more ram, buy ram sticks. And, you can also overclock your GPU and CPU, check that on youtube

Short answer: No, you can't. Longer answer: The bandwidth, and more importantly, latency between the GPU and RAM over the PCIe bus is an order of magnitude worse than between the GPU and VRAM, so if you are going to do that you might as well be number crunching on the CPU

The image you have is of someone who has two different gpu. There is no way to increase the amount ram with your gpu.
