Is there a guide for the League of Legends script ?

So ive search on youtube and everything is there any guide anywhere where they explain the features and how to use the scripts? Because i dont even know what im getting myself into but i wanna use it. Also on the forum page about the script they say "1 week to 1 month ban" or smth like that does that mean that we will be banned regardles after the 1st injection? ive got so many questions.
