Yes, you can. If your cheat has an anti-screenshot feature, when MOSS screenshots your screen, it'll be either black, or the cheat won't even appear for them.

But, its hard to do the anti-screenshot thing if you don't know how to bypass it or their security is tight

Anti-screenshot is related to the cheat you use, not the MOSS itself. It's a feature in some cheats that you can find.
