Does anyone have this kind of problem, or if they've ever had it, how did you fix it?

we did not support window 8 version and window 10 22h2
you use that window verison 1909 1809 20h2 20h1 1903

Thats related to Java. Try to uninstall your java and download and install it again. Restart your computer after that

Also try this uninstalling JMC and installing again

The JMC itself, is part of the Java Developer Kit

Also try uninstalling everything related to java if doesn't work the tips above.
