This game uses 4GB ram so best you can do after lowering graphics etc. is closing programs that runs at the background

make sure you have the latest DirectX version installed
reduce the frame rate and the textures a little bit
also try to reduce the resolutions little bit, it should work fine

watch out on what server you play. If you Eu and playing on NA you gonna teleport not laging only lol.
