Find the hotfix in the forum search and replace League of Legends.exe and stub.dll with the modified versions to fix crashing OR download base 11.1 patch version of those two files and use it

Put you game in Windowned Bordeless mode and use hotfix.

Disable discord overlay and put ur game to windowed or bordless, and turn off antivirus
