i updated the post. sadly its working only for aram and it gives skins toe veryone + u will get xp boost and +200 blue essence for every time u do it. reload the thread and u able to see the download and source code for it. good luck
download and try it on trash account. not in ur main
yes everyone can see it. since the game thinks u gave skins to everyone with 400 rp. but u actually didnt waste anything
its not the fake skin thing. it gives skins to everyone including you. and everyone can see it ofc
