R3nzSkin is the best one IMO.
Beeing using it. It also auto-updates.

my only advise is not working with a lol skin changer anymore, they give perma ban now for this, as far as I know 2 of my friends uses skin changer and got banned in the first week

It's available on the hacker here and it works well, but it only shows it to you and not to others.
