There's plenty of antitank items, that you can purchase.
Just use them, and you should be fine.
For example: Liandry's, BORK, Dominik, Mortal Reminder.
It all depends on your champions and their champs. With some you should end the game asap but on some its better to farm stack and wait for late game to reach their full potential
