try reinstalling windows, this tends to fix stuff, and hope its a software problem at least.

I think that lol has modded graphics to be even lower.

it's a cache issue i think try to clean it if the problem still exist try to reinstall windows

update your driver try using low setting for your game and try downgrade the resolution game to 720P make sure vsync or framelimiter turned off

If it started after changing the paste I would imagine that some component was left poorly connected, re open the notebook and check everything you did again.

try scan ur pc first with malwarebytes bro i think u got some virus or something

try cleaning your hard drive and scanning for viruses, if that doesn't work then reinstall windows
