Why did my account got downgraded from confirmed member to just member? I didn't spam any messages. Please help

Perhaps some of the topics you responded to got erased and your number of messages went below 50 (I've seen it happen before even if the number it shows you on your profile hasn't changed). It might be something else, though.

Changes have been made to member groups. After that, people who want to become approved members should have 50 comments and 5 days of membership.
