my id got banned for 10 years without applying the hack(pubg mobile)

hello friends
i want to ask that why my id got banned for 10 years in pubg mobile without applying the cheat. today i played with my diamond 4 id from 11pm to 1pm and then close the cheat and the game and emulator(gameloop) then i cleared all my temp files and my windows security and firewall are also off from the starting and then i shut down my window(windows 10 64bit). now i open my id again at 6:10pm and at login screen it shows ban for 10 years and i have not applied hack this time nor i have hack loader and it shows ban notice. and the most suspicious thing is that it shows ban for 10 years until 2030-1-6 16:52:00 means around 5 clock but i have not run pubg mobile with that account till 6o clock and my id is also not logged in any other device.

now i want to know the possible reason of my account ban.
i only uses esp and play safe when i apply cheat

Maybe the cheat log is left... And if you want to use cheat, you have to take a ban.
