Yeah, I agree with your opinion because I have already tried the hack and it is safe to play, you need to act like a clean player. you can use aimbot but for the emergency moment and you should be fine

All of the memoryhacks are safe, I'm not going to say undetected, usually depends on your playstyle. if you don't play brutally, your account will last long
