Ive recently brought a sapphire r9 280x gpu after windows loads screen goes white after 5 mins and nothing works id to restart the cpu from cpu button ive returned it to the seller and he has applied new thermal pads he said it doesn't work on his new system which has ryzen 5 3600 but it worked in another pc which has fx8320..here ive 4th gen core i3 should i take it and use it?im confused help me guys
