I think PC games are the best, but I see how smartphones and games are developing, I can say that smartphones can overtake PCs

I prefer pc games for several reasons, one of them is the accessibility of game with mouse and keyboard, I can't play on cell phones

Depends on your budget, if you have a poor pc, pc gaming can feel very limited in comparison to mobile. However, if you have the budget for a good PC, I'd recommend PC as there is more depth in each game that will captivate you. Hope this helps.
