yep thats some good detail you gotUpon defeating opponents, Viktor gains Hex Shards. Every 100 shards, he can permanently strengthen a basic skill. He is very robbed with this skill, I'm learning to play with him, he's taking a lot of damage. Because then you can level up faster.

that's why playing this character is even more so broken
