If you're really scared, use a VPN when cheating (a free one I know is DewVPN), that way even if your main account gets banned you can recover it by sending a ticket saying it wasn't you, or so I've seen people saying, haven't tried it myself. But log cleaning if you get banned should keep you safe, I think

Please use a secondary account if you want to test or try to use the cheat. For me, you still can use it for ur main account but every cheat must have a risk so be careful.

U can't get a HWID ban, u won't get banned on ur main, trust me. I have played on over 50+ acc and got banned but my main its still unbanned even if I didn't changed my IP

I use in my main. just practice making the script safer, don't do anything that a person wouldn't do (like hitting the 3 ults of xerath, caiting too fast, anyway) also, I kill myself sometimes quite ridiculously.
