PUBG Game Stuck Glitch

Hi guys i got a error glitch or something when i enter in spawn island i cant see any player name map option anything all i can see is screen in front of me i mean i cant use setting or any movement buttons if any of u get this glitch type error and know how to solve it plz do tell me i have uninstalled and reinstalled game twice same glitch sometimes, any solution?

not only gameloop, same as mobile.. there is a respect button on upper left..
