Enable only that options what you need in esp like i don't need modern hud, box, skeleton, health so i turned all of this. There will be less load on screen fps will be increased

I assume ur using pubgm? It's external and it's known to decrease performance, try lowering all ur graphics ( in game and in emulator ), delete useless files, kill useless processes

Try to see the ram/cpu your pc is using at the moment, and close everything you dont use, after that try to install the requirementes the versions that they say you to donwload they are the best for the pogram, after that only with a upgrade on your computer, or change the settings lower on the game! or disable esp/visuals

because cheat using high ram spaces..make sure to close all apps that u not using..

Whenever you use hacks so it increase your memory and cpu usage due to which you face lag.
