Actually Im trying to get it, I figured out how but I have some issues preventing me from downloading it. On the top right corner of this forum you can see a text "How to Use Cheats?" in red color. Click it and it will tell you how to use the hacks. Its a general guide and not specific to pubgm but you should be able to figure it out fine.
