what type of hack did you use?
You need a sufficient number of messages to be able to use the hack. Read here:

Well the issue is a common one to almost every PUBG Lite hack user here at MH, but you ain't having a prime membership account so how is it possible that you can load the hack and its say load pi fail in the first place?
