I agree that asus tuff is best for a strict budget. you cant go wrong with asus. and the op wanted to play lol on the go, so no desktops. forgot to mention, go for an amd cpu. r5 5600x is great and outperforms its intel counterparts by 35%. for gpu, 2060 or 30 series is amazing, 1650 is okay but cost:fps isnt really that greatAsus TUF version best
