benefit : if u're a modder u can easily acces some app theres need root acces, and u can do a lot of customize things on ur phone, like modify ur ram or else.
disadvantages : ur phone will get sick by the time, it'll getting slower, u wont get officialy update sofware (u can still do this and do custom software).
