Unfortunately, the ban on a permanently banned account can not be removed. However, if your computer's HWID is prohibited, there are several methods for removing it.

If your computer is banned by the game, you will need to remove the HWID ban, but it is not possible to remove a game account that has been permanently banned according to what you are telling.

HWID it means if u create new account it will be banned automatically. to prevent that u can use HWID remover. so that u can create new account without getting banned automatically. in your case your account is permanently banned from ROS server so it cant be remove.

oh i see...so i means that my pc or ip something like that got banned in their server..even tho i dont use cheat using a new account..
