Using DWord currently for about a month now and on my new HandLevel where I don't even hide it I am now level 29, I was scripting every game since level 3 (So that is about 150 games), and I am not banned.
Last BanWave was at — 09/09/2023 8:00 PM GMT+2 and I was level 21 at that time and the BanWave did not effect me.

It's not Flagged and the only ban you can get is a Manual Ban.

I believe it will never be safe to play scripted games, but depending on how you play it may take longer to get banned
