before i sleep my pc i closing them all don’t think it’s the reason..There may be some software running in the background

sometimes when it happens i test it by trying to turn the whole pc off but it says someone else is using pc but when i checking it’s only me logged into pc i was like tf...the computer can wake up a power surge.
