Simply download the exe on their github or here, and run it when the game is running and create a loadout before trying to randomise it or load any skin profile
It’s a skin randomiser basically and offers load out profile management, not a skin changer as in CSGO. So yeah others can see the skins you have as you legitimately bought them.
