My personal opinion:

1. Chainsaw Man Part 2
2. The Eminence in Shadow
3. The Witch From Mercury

The first two seasons of Chainsaw Man were really successful and they are continuing the story in Part 2 which I am really looking forward to seeing. The Eminence in Shadow is also a fun show that is full of humor and action. The Witch from Mercury's animation is absolutely amazing and the story is well written.
