First, if you are an AMD user I will give later good software to you, but I need a bit more search

First thing, you need to 1 Download Nvidia Inspector 2.1.2.0 (not the latest ver , since they disable some futures )
2.Launch nvidiaProfileInspector.exe
3. Choose profile "Apex Legends" or any game you want
4. Change the following:
antialiasing transparency supersampling or multisampling = AA_mod_replay_all
texture filtering -driver controlled lod bias = Off
texture filtering LOD bais (DX) = 0x00000020 the bigger the last 2 digits the lower the graphics will be, and will affect games that use smokes to make you almost blind so try to keep it at lease to 30
texture filtering LOD bais (DX)=0x00000020 same thing as the top
texture filtering quality = high perfomance

another good software is "Riva tuner statistics server" once you finish downloading, go to the bottom left and click on the add option, and add the game you want, then go top right " application detection level and set it to high ", keep the app running in the background
