You can do 2 thing either u leave it and move on , or you can report them to the police & threaten them with a lawsuit.

report the store to consumer protection or file a lawsuit if u are sure that the policy says it is okay to refund

Few days ago i bought perfume from sephora store and it told them i wanted the one edp but i didn't check my self and when i returned home i opened it and it turns out they gave me edt not edp so i went back to the store and told them that but they don't want to give me change or even refund because the box is open even thought sephora return policy say its okey to have refund even if the box was open and the manager was veey hateful because i told her u didn't give me what i wanted and still she didn't want to refund . So i contacted customer support and they said it's okey to refund then i told the turkish manager and showed her the message and she still don't want to give refund sland said that i have to contact turkish sephora not international sephora call center but when i called them they are not even responding to the calls and they have no English support . Wtf should i do now .

File a complaint so it doesn't happen again.

contact citizen support from government or leave it as a coincidence , make post on social about their bad service so other don't have to face that

I suggest you report it to the police. Don't be silent. What he did to you today, he will do to someone else tomorrow.

in my country we have a website to register complaints and they are very efficient, search to see if your country doesn't have a similar website either! they really solve problems!
