once clear all files get new one clean temp files after allow defender or any antivirus than check it (install additional soft packs exx,Visual -mh site also have it)
In its 10 windows go to
the Select Start> Settings> Update & Security> Windows Security> Virus & Threat Protection> Manage settings (o Virus & Threat Protection settings in previous versions of Windows 10 ) Switches Real-time protection to Off.
Its the windows builtin windows defender it is very quick to delete files
