clean your temp folders. sometimes old files are messing up your current loading. also update all of your drivers just in case.

same happens to me i uninstall riot client and reinstall it works some setting is messed up u can try this and it will works

1. Try all the updates
2. Update your Graphics Driver
3. Run a Repair in Riot
If none couldn't help, simply uninstall completely and reinstall again
