In 1 hours 10 minutes Riot will do another Vanguard rollout update they will confirm if PH server get Vanguard afternoon on 14.5 patch notes. Vanguard on all regions in april

Vanguard rollout update from 14.5 patch notes With Patch 14.5 we will be testing Vanguard on the Philippines server to evaluate its performance in live games both for players and on our end. For players in the Philippines this means that Vanguard will be active and required in order to play League of Legends. For all other regions Vanguard will still not be active just yet. But we recommend that you download Vanguard ahead of time to make sure you're fully compatible when we roll it out to the rest of the world soon after this test.
