Have the GPU in the system but connect the monitor to motherboard's output (integrated graphics). Go to windows device manager and see if your GPU is detected. When I turn my pc on with my monitor off the VGA light light up on the MoBo, when I turn with the monitor on that doens't happen, and it stays on 'till I restart it, can anyone tell me why this happen? Or how I fix this?

It's connected to my 3060, and if I turn the pc on with my monitor off, I don't get vídeo until windows start up, not even the bios image I get, my integrated graphics (from my i5-11600k) are disabled.Have the GPU in the system but connect the monitor to motherboard's output (integrated graphics). Unless you do what you already said, another GPU in your system, or test your gpu in another system, then there is little to try as is.

VGA led it's the led related to everything it's video problem, it's not VGA connection.I was having the same issue when I connected my PC to tv but I solve it when I turn off power saving mode on tv
