That's hard. Depends on the game. Online/team player-based games can be hard to keep calm and don't get angry when you are doing your part. In offline games, I tend to chill more since it's me vs the game difficulty.

If I get angry during a game, I first take a break to calm down. I practice deep breathing to relax and identify what specifically is bothering me. I try to talk to myself positively and focus on improving rather than just winning or losing. Sometimes, I also use humor to alleviate tension.
