1: HWID and the ID of the LAN Adapter can be "changed" In addition the smart guys could inject in the program for calculating the unique ID to change the result. 2: Anonymity is lost. Especially since there have been problems with the RST database getting on the wrong hands. There are people who do not trust themselves to use only proxies / VPNs to register / log in (although logs are a bit erased). Conclusion: The change is neither 100% safe nor in favor of the user. If it were applicable I would register from a "specially crafted" VM to make the ID 133713371337. (And peace)
