I always wanted to play D&D but i think it's only a thing in America, I've seen it being played in shows like Community. It seems really fun.

It is, you can play it online on sites like Roll20 just gotta get pdfs or buy books to get an understanding of how things work (player's handbook for instance) and give it a go. Hardest part about D&D is finding a time everyone can meet at
