Your aim is most important but it depends what type of aim. One is tracking and another is flicking. Some ppl can track really well and some can flick and 1 shot really well.

Aim 100%, if not you'll suck. That's the main reason I'm so bad at shooters, I can't get a f kill even from behind.
Map awareness is also important but not essential.
