it's at least a bit safer than smoking ciggs but, be ware that it might make you more addicted to smoking as it has a small amount of nicotine but may affect how many cigarettes you used to smoke later

My friend, the topic of smoking is highly controversial. In my opinion, all forms of smoking are harmful and unpleasant. Electronic cigarettes also carry certain potential risks within this context. For instance, they contain nicotine, which can be addictive and are said to encourage the initiation of smoking among young people. Additionally, some studies have shown that the use of electronic cigarettes can be harmful to lung health, although I haven't personally read any articles on this specific topic. However, other research suggests that electronic cigarettes may be less harmful than traditional cigarettes.

Moreover, despite all of this, I tried using electronic cigarettes for a while because my girlfriend was using them. Just for the sake of experiencing it. It felt harsh on my lungs, and I didn't find it enjoyable at all.
