Your computer doesn't need to be very high specs to run PUBG Lite as it is made for low end PC'S, but if your are talking about windows version I think the lowest windows version you can use is 1903 though
I play on 2PC where 1st PC has 80-120fps but for 2nd PC specification where i play pubg lite was:

HDD 1TB pubg lite works on low with fps 30-40
