i usually close antivirus/firewall (for better MS too)
then close startup programs not needed to start automatically like steam/blizzard/skype)
then just anything that takes ur most cpu shut it down

mscofig > startup > disable startup items.
-Disable Indexing
-Disable MEdge
-Disable WIN Bloatware
